• meeting customers and transportation to your apartment;
• giving/collecting keys, instructions for use of apartments, assistance for guests while renting the apartment;
• payment of utility bills (electricity, water, cable TV, annual local tax);
• all services required keeping the apartment in good condition.
• Regular monthly rental reports will be sending to the apartment owners, showing you the occupancy, costs and net income.
